At Jockey Nutrition we are genuinely vesting in improving the health and body performance of champion jockeys. Dietitian Megan Roberts knows it like no other. Having grown up in the racing industry her passion in helping the performance and lives of jockeys has come about. At Jockey Nutrition she helps advise jockeys on meeting correct weight whilst improving their overall nutrition and without compromising their health through restrictive dieting.

Hello! My name is Meg and I am Sports Dietitian. Horse racing is my family, having grown up as daughter to world renowned equine veterinarian Dr Tim Roberts, I have had the luxury of knowing your world. Even lucky enough to have thrown a leg over Winx, Boban and Might and Power. 

As a Sports Dietitian, I aim to improve the health and performance of jockeys through nutrition education and making food fun again. Tweaking your nutrition can ultimately maximise your performance through:
- increased energy and concentration
- improved recovery time
- prevention of falls & fractures
- reduction in fatigue & mood swings
- improved sleep and appetite
- reduce fertility complications and regaining menstrual cycle
- improved quality of life and enjoyment of food
